Willow Bank

A self build detached, 4 bedroomed house. Although the construction was traditional and straight forward, because the location of the plot was on a railway siding, the foundation levels had to be at their maximum. The difficulty of the site was compounded by the constricted size of the plot which also faced a busy bus route and caused access problems for deliveries and storage of materials.
